Once you have received your quote for your booking, you can simply confirm it by e-mail or telephone. Simply let us know that you would like to accept the offer and (if not done yet) kindly provide us with the exact details of your trip, such as pick-up location, destination and preferred time. As soon as we receive your booking, we will send you a binding booking confirmation.

For VIPs:
Our VIP services are designed to meet the demands and requirements of a particularly exclusive clientele. We have extensive experience in this area and numerous references from high-profile clients across a wide range of sectors (e.g. fashion, politics, football, artists, etc.).

For state guests, delegations or government assignments:
We offer a special range of services for working with public authorities – in particular support with passenger transport for state guests, delegations or members of government and other high-ranking guests. This also includes assignments with a security classification.
Thanks to our comprehensive experience in this area – which includes projects with a risk level 1 (‘Gefährdungsstufe 1’) classification – and our commitment to the highest standards of security, reliability and professionalism, we are ideally prepared for these kind of operations.

Our team is trained to handle both demanding orders for VIP customers and work for public authorities with professionalism and ease.

Our professional team will do everything to ensure that you arrive at your destination not only safely and comfortably, but also punctually and on schedule. However, despite careful preparation and advance planning, unforeseen events can always occur and may delay your arrival (e.g. unforeseen road closures). Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time at your destination.

However, we will do everything we can to ensure that your journey is punctual, reliable and in line with your requirements. We will also be happy to advise you on recommended departure times so that you arrive at your destination on time.

We are committed to offering you a transparent price structure and avoiding ‘hidden’ costs. We therefore only offer all-inclusive prices.
This means that you will not be charged any additional costs that are not listed in the offer – provided that no additional services (waiting times, major address changes, etc.) have been used.

We are happy to fulfil any last-minute changes to the schedule as well as spontaneous changes communicated to the driver. Please note that changes to the schedule may result in a surcharge (according to our usual price structure).
We reserve the right to decline your change requests in rare cases if they would cause excessive delays that cannot be realised for organisational reasons – e.g. due to subsequent journeys.

As a private customer (without a customer history), you are required to pay in advance. We ask that your payment is received 48 hours, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
As a business customer, you have the option of paying either before or after the order (14 days net), depending on your personal preference and the type of job. We want to offer you a maximum of flexibility in order to perfectly adapt the payment process to your internal procedures.

As a standard, you are requested to pay by bank transfer. Alternatively, we offer you the option of paying by credit card (using a payment link). It is not possible to pay cash.
Please note that our drivers cannot accept payments in the vehicles – either in cash or by card.
