The brand FIVEWAY and the associated slogan DRIVING EXCELLENCE are officially registered as a word mark and a figurative mark and are protected under trademark law.

All images used commercially are our own, royalty-free, or licensed and officially acquired material. In isolated cases we use media created with the help of artificial intelligence; such use is expressly permitted.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
